Originally developed for the Magic Leap booth at CES 2023, this feature demo application showcases the features of the Magic Leap device including it’s impressive vertical field of view, hand tracking, and global and Segmented Dimming.
The experience shows an example of an architectural renewal project. An out of date office park is replaced with a new, modern structure with lush green landscaping.
As the Lead Technical artist for this project I created and optimized models, designed performant XR foliage assets, and created custom shaders to handle animated transitions and Segmented Dimming.
